While RBA is in the off-season i would like to take the chance to do a SHORT and SMALL C-RBA league. 4 teams. season 3 games. 1 National Championship. looking to get this started like 2morrow. I would also like some RBA vets to coach. This is like a college / D-league, league.

All RBA rules.

2 10 min halves
U can play if your undeveloped like a Eli, Jad,.. and Struggle to get signed or PT.
If u have. U MUST start all your TRUE Rookies ( like a tommystarxx) no matter how ass they are.. because this is for them. it would defeat the purpose of even doing this if true rookies aren't even playing.
Note: just tell me to add you. Also coaches can not play.
