We are no longer doing icons in RBA, we are going to revert back to classic RBA ways. But there will be some changes in a few of the rules to RBA.
Each Team Profile will be setup like below.
Team USA

Small Forward: Geovonnie
Power Foward: iRell.
Center: ReadAndInt
Sub 1: DWillis (Point Guard)
Sub 2: Oklahoma (Power Foward)
Each position has to be linked to the my player you have choosen. So if you choose Dwight Howard, you can't be placed on the team profiles as a Small Forward. The reason for this is because some of the rules will be centered around positions. As we keep the Dice Freethrows it will be setup like so.
Guards - 2-6
Small Forwards - 3-6
Power Forwards/Center - 4-6
Poke are being added into to RBA, Each position is allowed to be poked after the set amount of time below.
Guards - 5 Seconds
Small Forward - 5 Seconds
Power Forward/Center - 3 Seconds
To make it harder on Offensive Players to be able to abuse stepbacks to score, any move going away from the rim will activate the Defenders chance of using late face. Late faces can only be a half a step late for it to be counted as a block.
The defensive players feet cannot be moving on any faces or 2mans, any movement will result in late and be counted if made.
To keep 3 Point baskets in RBA, all Point Guard/Shooting Guards are allowed to shoot 1st roller if they have 3 or more spaces of room.
Small Forwards are allowed to shoot stepbacks over late faces.
Power Forwards/Centers are allowed to dunk on 2 people.
RBA is asking for the help of time keepers to do Shotclock/Inbound Violations/Keep Time.
If all three players are atleast 2 spaces away from halfcourt, then it results in a 3man call, automatic advance of the ball to inbound.
RBA is going to be ran by the signing method for a few seasons, and we will think about setting up a draft in any upcoming seasons.
RBA Salary Cap
Each team will be rewarded with 11 stars to sign players, the owner will be counted towards the Cap. There will be no restrictions on who can sign with who, as long as you stay under capacity. The List of 3 Stars will be posted below, if you aren't on the 3 Star list then you will be a 2 star unless your a rookie or second year player. Basically you should know if your a 1 star or not so please don't act dumb.
